“We,” “Us” or “Our” means Review30, Inc. d/b/a Rapport 24/7 and if applicable, any of its Subsidiaries. “You” or “Your” means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, and if applicable, any of its Subsidiaries .

This Privacy Policy is effective September 2015 for users and businesses with paid or courtesy accounts. This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of our software, websites, emails, and mobile applications. The terms “we”, “us”, and “Rapport 24/7” refer to Rapport 24/7, a d/b/a of Review30, Inc. a Florida corporation. When you use the Rapport 24/7 site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

All of our services require you to sign-up/subscribe for a Rapport 24/7 Subscription Account. When you do, we’ll ask you for personal information like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card. If you want to take full advantage of the sharing features we offer, we might also ask you to create a publicly visible Rapport 24/7 business profile, which may include your name, photo and profile video, business name, business logo and business address/phone number. This information will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You can modify some of the information associated with your account. If you feel that an unauthorized account has been created depicting you or your likeness, your business, you can request its removal.

We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them as they relate to our Rapport 24/7 services as you view and interact with our content. We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Rapport 24/7 may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your Rapport 24/7 Account. When you use our services or view content provided by Rapport 24/7, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include: 1-Details of how you used our service, such as your search queries. 2-Telephone log information like your phone number, calling-party number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMS routing information and types of calls. 3-Internet protocol address. 4-Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL. 5-Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Rapport 24/7 Account.

When you use a location-enabled service, we may collect and process information about your actual location, like GPS signals received and/or sent by a mobile device. We may also use various technologies to determine location, such as sensor data from your device that may, for example, provide information on nearby WiFi access points and cell towers.

Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to Rapport 24/7 when you install or un-install that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates. We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches. We use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit Rapport 24/7 site, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. We also use cookies and anonymous identifiers when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or Rapport 24/7 features that may appear on other sites.

Rapport 24/7 is a video creating-storing-managing-sharing platform, so most of the information you provide us is information that you choose to be made public. This includes not only the content that you post/publish/save and data provided with such content, such as when it was posted, but also the accounts you follow, the content that you like or comment on, and other public interactions on the Rapport 24/7 services. Your public information may broadly and instantly disseminated. For instance, your profile information and public content may be delivered to a wide range of users and other services that access or are shared to through Rapport 24/7. When you share information or content via the Rapport 24/7 services, you should think carefully about what you are making public. The information that you post to Rapport 24/7 is intended for public consumption, including your testimonials, reviews, tips, photos, check-ins, comments, likes, talk posts, bookmarks, friends, lists, compliments, and account profile. We or you may display this information on the Rapport 24/7 site, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services. You can invite users to post/publish/save to Rapport 24/7 by providing them an invitation or solicit participation directly from them. Many of our services let you share information with others. Remember that when you share information publicly, it may be indexable by search engines. Our services provide you with different options on sharing and removing your content. Publicly shared content cannot be rescinded.

When you sign up for an subscription account, you are opting in to receive emails/texts from Rapport 24/7 itself. You can manage your email/text preferences, but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative or legal notices from Rapport 24/7. If you exchange messages with others through the Rapport 24/7 site, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Rapport 24/7 site. If you send information from the Rapport 24/7 site to your phone via SMS text message, we may log your phone number, phone carrier, and the date and time that the message was processed. Carriers may charge recipients for texts that they receive.

We may store information about your use of the Rapport 24/7 site, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the businesses you call using our mobile applications. We also may store information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Rapport 24/7 site, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location, and requested and referring URLs. We use information collected from cookies and other technologies to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We may share user information in the aggregate with third parties, such as advertisers and content distributors. For example, we may collect and/or disclose the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, advertisements or commercials, specific videos and overall user activity on Rapport 24/7 or third party websites we or you engage with through Rapport 24/7.

Other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Rapport 24/7 if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: 1-meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, 2-enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, 3-detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, 4-protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Rapport 24/7, our users or the public as required or permitted by law. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

If Rapport 24/7 is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
