Develop and maintain positive business relationships with all Agency Partner clients. Your Agency Success Coach will be responsible for successfully onboarding new agencies, providing account management and support via phone, live chat, help desk (via our ticketing system), including ongoing client nurture.
The initial objective is to properly train and assist new agencies with training courses live and pre-recorded webinars, setting up the dashboard, and providing general technical assistance via phone, screen share, email, and chat. The ongoing objective is to ensure agency and client results, meeting KPI’s resulting in increasing our retention rate, usage and customer value.
